GLENDALE AREA ALUMNAE PANHELLENIC WAS FOUNDED IN 1947
The Glendale Area Alumnae Panhellenic is a community-based organization encompassing the communities of Glendale, Burbank, La Canada, La Crescenta, Montrose, Sunland and Tujunga. Volunteers from each of the 26 sororities recognized by the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) are invited to join us. Volunteers may represent their alumnae chapter association as a voting delegate, or participate as an individual member. Our charter is to support today's young women in their pursuit of higher eduction We raise money through a benefit luncheon held each spring to provide scholarships for area high school senior women who will attend a 4-year college or university in the fall. College undergraduates who are members in good standing of one of the 26 NPC sororities are also eligible to apply for a scholarship.
